Terms of payments: Once vacancy is confirmed, booking can be made. Confirmation shall be maded by fax or e-mail down-payment (account number data shall be indicated with confirmation letter). Upon arrival - full payment must be made. Arrival and departure rules - As per agreement; owner shall presents keys to guest(s) between 16.00 - 18.00. should there be a delay, please notify as soon as possible. - Complaints; owner must be informed immediately. - Damage to property; guest(s) are directly liable. - Deposit payment made shall be refunded key is returned. |
